PTA
The Winthrop PTA is very active in our schools and our community. The group members raise money to provide students with enrichment in education, and they support teacher learning initiatives.
Annually, the PTA sponsors a 5K, a Scholastic Book Fair, the Holiday Fair for students to purchase donated gifts for friends and relatives, Wellness Day and many other wonderful events.
They also treat the administration, faculty and staff during Teacher Appreciation Week to a delicious luncheon that is looked forward to and appreciated all year long!
